【Abstract】 This paper discusses the Reverse Supply Chain Management (RSCM), and its influence on enterprises’ producing and business mode when integrated with Supply Chain Management (SCM). The strategic principle and operational pattern of RSCM integrated with SCM are expounded. On the basis of the SCM-based enterprise, an enterprise integration based on RSCM and SCM is proposed, and its connotation is stated simultaneously, which is helpful to research the integration problem from a wider range.更多还原
