【摘要】 专用短程通信（DSRC）技术是智能交通系统（ITS）的重要基础，为路与车提供 了一个通信平台，使路与车成为一个有机的整体。DSRC协议的开发是DSRC技术中的核心内容 。该文参考欧洲、日本和美国制订的DSRC标准提出了我国DSRC协议的3层结构，并具体规定 了各层提供的服务功能和服务接口。在满足我国ITS领域当前应用并充分考虑将来发展的前 提下，设计确定了协议中的重要指标和参数。更多还原

【Abstract】 DSRC technology is the vital base of ITS. DSRC provides a communic ation platform for roads and vehicles so as to make them be an organic whole. De velopment of DSRC protocol is the pivotal content of DSRC technology. A three-la yer structure of DSRC protocol is provided consulting the DSRC standards of Euro pe, Japan and U.S.A, and prescribe the service functions and service interface b y layers.
