【Abstract】 Accompanied with the development of the technology of multimedia and network communication,the retrieval based on the content is becoming one of the hot points that are wildly noticed and the key technology which settle down several problems in vast appling fields such as Internt, trademark information database,digital museum,CAD,CAI resource database and so on.
