【摘要】 提出一种认证中心模型——FSCA，并在Linux和Windows平台下实现了该模型。FSCA具有安全性、可扩展性和可操作性，解决了网上用户身份认证和信息安全传输的问题。

【Abstract】 This paper presents a CA model named fair-and-square certification authority(FSCA) which is implemented on Linux platform and on Windows platform. FSCA possesses security, expansibility and controllability, and solves the problems of online user authentication and information exchange security.
