第三代远程教育系统的研究和设计
R&D of the Third Generation Distance Education System
【摘要】 远程教育系统发展至今已经进入第3代,即将计算机网络和多媒体技术相结合应 用到远程教育中?文章中描述了研究并设计实现了一种新的远程教育系统,提出了将上下行 信道分离的概念,即下行采用卫星信道,而上行采用地面网络的传输方式?该系统最大的特 点就是实时性和交互性?
【Abstract】 Till now, distance education system has entered its third generation , which applies both computer network and multimedia technology. In this paper, a new distance education system is designed and realized by putting forward the conception of separating uplink and downlink channels. It applies satellite as u plink channel and terrain network as the downlink channel. And it successfully r ealizes the real-time and interaction transmission.
