【Abstract】 Till now, distance education system has entered its third generation , which applies both computer network and multimedia technology. In this paper, a new distance education system is designed and realized by putting forward the conception of separating uplink and downlink channels. It applies satellite as u plink channel and terrain network as the downlink channel. And it successfully r ealizes the real-time and interaction transmission.更多还原
