【Abstract】 Along with the scope of supply chain enterprises developing into a worldwide level and the domestic or even international competition becoming intensely, the problems of safety and agility faced by supply chain enterprises emerge slowly. A pilot study about the problems is made, the reason that how these problems appear is analyzed, what things enterprises must do to solve these problems, what sources they need and what conflicts between the two problems are discussed.
