【Abstract】 The management of user privilege is one of the most important issue in CSCW system. Everyone in a system has his own privilege, which is different f rom each other. This article states some experiences of design and exploitatio n gained by a practical work, presents a innovative method of authority managem ent and the plan how to construct CSCW environment with the method. This method is practical, flexible, as well as universality under any CSCW environment.
