【Abstract】 This paper introduces in detail the architecture of H.323 firstly, which is a kind of Internet telephony standard, and pinpoints several pitfalls existed in it. The authors borrow the H.323 gateway functional decomposition model proposed by ESTI TIPHON, add a new entity, zone customization server. Then the authors put forward an improved model with instrumental arguments about new addressing mechanism and service customization mechanism, and finally give an example.更多还原
