【Abstract】 As mobile E-business develops fast now, the existing Internet protocol—IPv4 can not fit for this development. While the next generation Internet protocol—IPv6 can apply to this challenge, not only with its priorities on address scale, security and mobility of which IPv4 is lack, but also its compatibility with quit a few mobile networking technologies.
