大型三维几何模型在分布式协同设计中实时传输的关键技术
Key Technology of Real-time Transmission of Huge 3D Geometry Model in Distributed Collaborative Design
【摘要】 针对网络环境和分布式协同设计的实时性要求,在充分对比CAD模型和三角网格模型特性的基础上,提出了基于三角网格模型进行分布式协同设计,并讨论大型网格模型实时传输的关键技术。以有效的多分辨率模型为基础,在客户机/服务器环境下通过增量传输、选择精化和特征映射,实现客户端驱动的产品3D模型的远程实时动态观察和特征参数的在线讨论与修改。系统可跨平台支持多个异地设计节点的协同。
【Abstract】 By contrasting the characteristics of CAD model and triangular mesh model, the paper proposes a new system of distributed collaborative design based on triangular mesh model according to the network condition and the requirements of distributed concurrent collaborative design for real-time manipulation. Then, it considers the key technology of the transmission. On the base of triangular mesh model, it realizes remote real-time and dynamic viewing of 3D product models driven by client in client/server architecture through progressive transmission, selective refinement and feature mapping. Also, it can consult and alter the feature parameters of products on-line. The system can operate regardless of design platform type.
