【Abstract】 The training of school principals is a subject of education that has attracted worldwide attention. Many countries have carried out reform of the model of principal training and have developed new modes of training. This paper introduces and discusses the training models in America and Australia, such as problem-based model, same-generation mutual-assistance model, school principal professional development model and syndicated model, so as to adopt the powers from all quarters for our own use and promote the development of the work of training primary and secondary school principals in our country.更多还原
