聚β-羟基丁酸在酒精废水生物处理过程中的合成条件研究
Research of β-hydroxybutyric Acid in Biological Treatment Proess of Alcohol Wastewater under Synthetic Condition
【摘要】 从处理酒精废水的活性污泥中筛选到 1菌株 ,在序批式反应器 (SBR)中的实验结果表明 ,pH值为 6 .6~ 6 .8,曝气温度为 2 8°C ,好氧和营养均衡条件下 ,该菌株对乙醇废水中COD的降解率 >80 % ,并能以乙醇为唯一碳源 ,合成聚 β羟基丁酸(PHB)。曝气 16 0h ,菌株细胞中PHB最高含量达到细胞干物质质量的 5 2 % ,最高产量达到 2 .1g/L。
【Abstract】 A strain is obtained in screening of activated sludge of alcohol wastewater freatment, experimental result of series batch reactor (SBR) indicates that under conditions with pH value of 6.6~6.8, aeration temperature of 28℃, and aerobic and nutrition equilibrium, the degradation rate of the said strain to alcobol wastewater COD is greater than 80%, and β?hydroxybutyric acid is synthesized by alcohol as the only carbon source. The maxium PHB content in strain cell reaches 52% of dry material mass with maxium production of 2.1g/L.
