【Abstract】 With the increasing aggravation of the environmental pollution and the higher demand of the water quality, it has been becoming an important and urgent research subject to develop a new and highly efficient coagulant. Based on the related information domestic and abroad, the study on the recent application of coagulant using castoff and crude are analyzed and summarized in this article. It is economic to use castoff like coal flyash for preparation of coagulant with low cost and benign properties, while modification of natural products is proven to be effective to lower their toxicity and enable them bio-degradable.更多还原
