低床层烟炱吸附法烟气脱硫试验研究及机理探讨
The Experiment and Reaction Mechanism Research on Flue Gas Desulfurization with Smoke Dust in Low Bed
【摘要】 研究了以锅炉烟气沉降物为吸附剂的烟炱吸附法脱除SO2 的工艺条件 ,结果表明该法较适宜的工艺条件为SO2 浓度小于 2 40 0mg L ,烟气流速小于 3 6m h ,烟气温度低于 10 0℃ ,此时脱硫效率可达 3 0 %以上 ;并且还初步探讨了烟炱吸附法脱硫的作用机理
【Abstract】 s:Investigation on the process condition and reaction mechanism of flue gas desulfurization with smoke was descirbed in this short paper. Under the best condition, the desulfurization efficiency was higher than 30% provided the SO 2 concentration was lower than 2 400 mg/L and flue gas velocity was 36 m/h long with the flue gas temperature of 100 ℃.
