【Abstract】 A practical network video system requires a real-time and secured implementation.To fulfill both require-ments,this paper proposes a method that combines frequency domain selective scrambling algorithm with PKI (Public Key Infrastructure).We have designed a special MPEG transmission system that includes video stream encryption/de-cryption and secured key-distribution.This system can process massive amount of data,yet sufficiently guarantees the se-curity of the system.更多还原
