【摘要】 以往的网络交流和协同工作都是基于个人、角色或固定的工作组,这些方式都存在着管理效率低,安全性差,交流不够快捷、简便等问题。论文提出的基于协作群的协同工作方式在一定程度上解决了这些问题。这种方式已经成功应用在CENNET平台上。通过介绍CENNET平台的结构、主要功能和协同工作机制,并对平台的核心部分e-Work的组织结构、工作机制和管理进行详细的论述,说明了CENNET平台有效支持远程交流、资源共享、协同工作和虚拟办公的思路和方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the past,the communication and collaboration on web is based on persons,roles or workgroups.But shortcomings such as low efficiency,bad security or inconvenience exist in all these ways.So a collaborative method based on collaborative groups is put forward in this article.This method has been used on the CENNET platform and the reality has proved that it can solve these problems to some extent.By introducing the structure,main functions and collaborative mechanism of the CENNET platform,and by stating the organization,working mechanism and management of e-Work in detail,which is the heart of the CENNET platform,this paper illuminates the way by which the CENNET platform realizes telecommunicating,resource sharing,collaborative work and virtual offices.更多还原
