基于Web的自动答疑系统问题匹配算法研究与实现

【摘要】 自动答疑系统是解决远程学习过程中大批量疑难问题的可行方案,在自动答疑系统中问题匹配是系统的核心。该文首先分析了问题匹配中的各种相关因素,提出了一个基于问题关键词、关键词权重、问题频度和典型语义词的问题匹配算法,并给出了基于该算法的自动答疑系统的实现方案。
