【摘要】 文章将微分、LOG、熵等几种边缘检测算子用于显微图象的处理,介绍了显微图象边缘检测的一般过程。并在熵算子的基础上,提出了一种基于边缘采样和阈值曲线分析的双阈值选择方法。通过对几种算法处理结果的比较,将熵算子做为最终的检测算子。更多还原

【Abstract】 Several methods of edge extraction are used in the processing of microscopic images in this paper.The nor-mal procedure of edge extraction that faced to microscopic images is introduced.A new method of threshold choosing based on edge sampling and entropy curve analysis is brought forward in the algorithm of entropy.After comparison of these algorithms ,the entropy algorithm is choose finally.更多还原
