【Abstract】 Horizontal noise is one form of the noises in infrared images.Through the histograms of the Infrared images,we can know that most of the pixels in infrared images are within a small range of gray level.Based on this point ,we bring forward a new algorithm in which we get the Noised even area of the image and estimate the horizontal noise level of each line and elim inate it.更多还原
