【Abstract】 The author introduces the basic principle of video-telephone based on ITU-T recommendation H.324.Recom-mendation H.324covers the technical requirements for two multimedia telephone terminals over a PSTN voice band network connection.In allusion to the characteristics of video-telephone on PSTN,the authors put forward an effective testing method for PSTN multimedia communication.The testing result is provided at last.更多还原
