基于圆形假设和多边形近似的血细胞图像分解
Blood Cells Image Decomposition Based on Circular Assumption and Polygonal Approximation
【摘要】 提供了一种用于分解有粘连的二值血细胞图像的算法。这种算法在分解中利用多边形近似寻找出所有可能的分割线,结合血细胞是圆形的假设确定最佳分割线。在与其它两种图像分解算法的比较中表明,这种算法具有较好的分解结果,并且在多个细胞粘连的情况下可以对细胞进行更好的分解。
【Abstract】 An automatic decomposition algorithm is presented in order to decompose a binary blood cells image con-taining aggregated cells.Polygonal approximation is used to find out all the possible split paths.And the optimal split path is chosen according to the assumption that blood cells are in round shapes.In comparison with two other image decomposition algorithms ,this algorithm is as good as,if not better than the others.And it can give better results when more are touching each other.
