基于混合架构WebGIS的配电网调度管理系统研究与应用

【摘要】 随着Internet/Intranet技术的广泛应用,传统的地理信息系统(GIS)体系结构正逐步为开放式架构所取代,网络环境下的地理信息系统可实现复杂空间信息、数据的共享和综合,是今后GIS发展的主要趋势。该文对GIS在Internet/Intranet环境上的三种实现方法:服务器端策略、客户端策略和综合策略进行了分析和比较并以某电业局配电网调度管理系统为开发原型,详细介绍了基于Windows分布式Internet应用程序体系结构(DNA)的WebGIS系统架构和功能实现。实际使用结果表明系统具有较强的互操作性和可伸缩性,有广泛的应用前景。

【Abstract】 In order to deal with the expanding of distribution network,a WebGIS based hybrid strategy dispatch manage-ment (DMDN)system is presented.The interoperability and portability are the most important issues in open geographic infor-mation system so that the project evaluation standard is implemented with it.Related appropriate technology is discussed and compared with three kinds of resolving plane:server-side strategy,client-side strategy and hybrid for WebGIS in Internet.Then,a proto type for DMDN system is described,which is based on hybrid strategy in Microsoft distributed network application(DNA)platform.The technique in this project is presented in detail.The development tools of this appli-cation are Visual C++and MapX4.Microsoft SQL Server2000and SpatialWare are chose for the spatial data and metadata database application.Finally,a conclusion based on the evaluation of this case is given.The network technique infiltrating through the traditional power industry domains will increase much more efficiency.
