【Abstract】 After analyzing the process and evolution of the ERP,this paper discusses a new framework of the ERP system by combining enterprise informationization engineering theories.In this new framework,the contemporary management idea of the new generation ERP system is characterized,in which,the core role is the process model of enterprise,the customer requirements are maximally satisfied,and the process management and the information management system are integrated by linking the CRM and the SCM,which are based on e-business platform.So that,both the flexibility of enterprise ERP system and the competitive of enterprise core are improved.The paper also describes the functions of its subsystems ,and introduces some applications of the new framework in informationization construction of a tobacco industry.更多还原
