【Abstract】 In the article,neural network is used to design forecast arithmetic t o solve the problem caused by Internet-induced time delays in a telecontrol syst em.The trained network forecasts time delays at first,and modifies the weight s of neural network if the feedback result does not meet system commands because the time delays change uncertainly.The simulation result shows the method is able to keep the telecontrol system good stability and dynamic performance.更多还原
