【摘要】 图像特征的提取是基于内容的图像查询的关键,ISAPI是适合开发复杂Web应用的技术。文中首先介绍了IS-API开发Web应用的优点,然后对图像特征以及基于内容的图像查询进行概述,并给出了一个Web环境下实现图像特征提取的方法。这种方法对于开发Web环境下基于内容查询的图像数据库系统具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Extracting the features of image is a key for Qu er ying By Image Content (QBIC),ISAPI is a technology suit-ing for developing complex appliance in Web.In this paper,the advantage of ISAPI developing app liance in Web is in-troduced,whereafter,the features of image and Query By I mage Content are discussed.In the end,a method about ex-tracting the featur es of image is provided.This method is very important for developing Query By Image Content (QBIC)in image database based on Web.更多还原
