铁磁恒弹性合金性能时间稳定性研究——稳定化处理对其组织结构稳定性的影响
Study on Time Stability of Properties of Ferromagnetic Alloys with Invariant Elastivity——the Effect of Low Temperature Treatment on the Structures of the Alloys
【摘要】 本文对三种不同时效组织结构的铁磁恒弹性合金 ,通过检测其稳定化处理前后的物性和内应力变化 ,发现 :低温长时 (5 0 0℃× 6h)时效组织结构最稳定 ,这与细小、弥散的γ’相和结构不均匀较大地抑制了畴壁可动性有关。稳定化处理 (4 0 0℃× 10h)使合金的组织结构进一步向平衡态转变 ,ΔEλ 效应、内耗Q-1、内应力σi 减小 ,矫顽力Hc 增加 ,这是由于稳定化处理使杂质或缺陷 (γ’相和位错 )对畴壁的钉扎作用增强所致
【Abstract】 Physical properties and internal stress of three kinds of alloys with different microstructures before and after thermal treatment are tested.We find that the structure aged at 500℃ for 6 hours is more stable than ones aged at higher temperatures as a result of the more tiny and overflowing γ′ phase restraining the movement of the domain wall of the uneven structure,the structures aged at 400℃ for 10 hours tend to equilibrium state, Δ E λ,internal friction Q -1 and internal stress σ i decrease,while coercive force H c increases,which are attributed to stabilizing treatment strengthening nailing effect of impurities or defects(dislocation and γ′ phase)on the domain wall.
