新型铁基纳米晶合金软磁性能的研究
Study on New Fe-based Nanocrystalline Soft Magnetic Alloy
【摘要】 本文研究了 (FeCo) 73 5Cu1Nb3 (SiB) 2 2 5铁基纳米晶合金在不同退火条件下的磁性能。与典型成分的Finemet合金相比 ,该合金铁损和矫顽力很低 ,有优良的综合软磁性能且磁场退火效果很好 ,这种更好的磁场退火效果来源于该合金有大的磁感生各向异性常数Ku。
【Abstract】 Magnetic properties of Fe-based nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy of (FeCo) 73.5Cu 1Nb 3(SiB) 22.5 has been studied.Comparing to the typical Finemet alloy,this alloy has lower core loss P,lower coercivity H C and excellent soft magnetic properties.Furthermore,a better magnetic annealing effect can be obtained,which results from its larger field induced magnetic anisotropy.
