【摘要】针对湘西土家族苗族自治州(简称湘西州)"种草养羊"富民工程与肉羊产业发展的现实基础、优势以及存在的一些实际问题,基于湘西州"种草养羊"富民工程建设与肉羊产业发展所应遵循的原则,提出了富民工程与肉羊产业发展整体互动的理论框架和运行模式,并就肉羊产业发展面临的风险及对策进行了探讨.更多还原
