固溶温度对Fe-Ni-Cr合金力学性能的影响
Influence of Solution Temperature on the Mechanical Properties of Alloy Fe-Ni-Cr
【摘要】 采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜 (SEM)、X射线能谱仪 (EDS)、X射线衍射 (XRD)及透射电镜 (TEM)研究了固溶处理温度对Fe Ni Cr合金的组织和力学性能的影响。 1 0 0 0℃固溶处理及时效条件下 ,Fe Ni Cr合金的强韧性较好 ,σb、σ0 2 高达 1 2 77MPa及 985MPa,δ、Ψ值分别达到 2 5 %、43% ;随着固溶温度的提高 ,强度及韧度指标明显下降 ;固溶温度超过 1 1 0 0℃后 ,合金中TiC相逐渐溶解 ,奥氏体晶粒明显粗化 ;固溶温度较高时 ,沿晶界析出的薄片状M3 B2 间隙相 ,导致Fe Ni Cr合金强韧性不同程度的下降。
【Abstract】 The influence of solution temperature on the mechanical properties of alloy Fe\|Ni\|Cr was studied using optical microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), X\|ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results indicate that preferable strength and plastic properties can be obtained in terms of solid solution at 1000℃ and following ageing treatment, and the strength and plastic properties of the alloy decrease with the increase of solution temperature. The TiC phase particles in the alloy will be partly dissolved into the matrix when the solution temperature is higher than 1100℃, resulting the coarsening of austenitic grains. Interstitial phase M 3B 2 will precipitate at the grain boundary when treated at higher solution temperature, which induces the decrease of strength and plastic properties of Fe\|Ni\|Cr alloy.
