【摘要】 随着我国正式加入WTO ,金融行业将逐步向外资开放 ,国有金融企业由于体制的制约 ,在企业竞争力上比较落后 ,因此改制上市成了国有金融企业较为迫切的要求。本文主要以银行和保险企业为分析对象 ,从改制和上市的不同模式出发 ,分别探讨了国有金融企业可行的四种改制模式和七种上市模式 ,并对这两类企业的改制上市进程作了简单的预测。更多还原
