【摘要】 经济结构调整过程就是寻找和培育经济增长点的过程。旅游业是国民经济产业链中重要一环 ,关联度高 ,带动功能强 ,市场需求旺 ,是新时期我国经济发展的一个强劲增长点。中部欠发达地区发展旅游经济存在诸多不利因素 ,资金“瓶颈”是这一区域带有共性的问题。本文以湖南省张家界市金融支持旅游为个案 ,分析了中部欠发达地区资金“瓶颈”对旅游经济的抑制 ,从信贷体制上的“双向”集中与机制上的政策传导失灵两方面进行了阐述 ,提出了走出困境的一揽子设想 ,以期为中部欠发达地区金融如何对旅游强力支撑提供参考和借鉴更多还原

【Abstract】 In general, economic structural adjustment is a process f growth pole exploration. Two constraints, resource endowment and financial resource allocation show down this process. This paper studies the case of financial resource allocation to tourism industry in Zhangjiajie City, Hunan Province, to prove the weaknesses in monetary policy transmission and financial sector. It is shown that private investment is an incentive for growth pole development.更多还原
