【摘要】 目的:观察蜂胶霜阻止日本血吸虫尾蚴侵入皮肤的效果。方法:在小鼠裸腹上涂不同浓渡的蜂胶霜,在泥水中模拟下水作业8 h以上后,感染日本血吸虫尾蚴。35 d后剖杀,用灌注法加撕碎法查找虫体,计算防护率。结果:5％的蜂胶霜防护率在93.8％,与对照组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:蜂胶霜是一种可以防御日本血吸虫尾蚴感染的中草药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of propolis cream on preventing the invasion of skin by the cercariae of Schis-tosoma Japonicum . Methods: Propolis cream of different concentration was put on the abdominal skin of the mice, then mice were put into the water for over 8 h in order to be infected with the cercariae of Schistosoma Japonicum.. The mice were killed and dissected 35 d later and obtained the prevention rate by calculating the amount of the worm. Results: The prevention rate of the propolis cream at 5% concentration was 93. 8% with a significance of difference (P<0. 01) as compared with the control groups. Conclusion: Propolis cream, a kind of Chinese herbal medicine, has effects of preventing the infection with the cercariae of Schistosoma Japonicum.更多还原
