自发性高血压大鼠心肌间质胶原的扫描电镜观察
OBSERVATION OF THE COLLAGEN REMODELING OF MYOCARDIAL INTERSTITIUM IN SPONTANEOUSLY HYPERTENSIVE RATS BY SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPE
【摘要】 目的 探讨自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)心肌间质胶原的形态变化及对心功能的影响。 方法 取左心室壁 ,经四氧化锇细胞浸渍和氢氧化钠细胞浸渍方法处理 ,在扫描电镜下观察。 结果 正常大鼠 (WKY)心肌细胞周围主要存在有粗细两种胶原纤维并互相交织成网。在自发性高血压大鼠 ,粗纤维呈腱样增宽增厚 ,在心肌细胞周围排列呈栅栏状 ;胶原网变得致密 ,在血管周围呈毡片样增厚。 结论 高血压心肌肥厚时 ,心肌胶原粗纤维的变化可能是心壁僵硬度改变的主要原因 ,胶原网的形态变化可能影响心肌细胞功能。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the structural remodeling of the collagen network of the myocardial interstitium and effect on the function of heart in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). Methods After treating the sample of the myocardium from the left ventricle of SHR and WKY with OsO 4 and NaOH cell maceration method,it was observed under scanning electron microscope. Results The alignment of thick and thin collagen fibers weave into the fleecy networks in WKY.In SHR the “tendon like” collagen strands are around the myocytes as grid.The collagen network increase thicker and look as cushion.Conclusion\ The main cause of rising the myocardial stiffness in hypertensive hypertrophy might be the change of the amount and morphology of the thick collagen fibers in myocardial interstitium,the remodeling of myocardial function could be related to the morphologic change of the collagen network.\;[
