【摘要】 目的 :探讨双吻合器在低位直肠癌行Dixon保肛手术中应用的安全性和实用性。方法 :自 1998年 1月～2 0 0 2年 12月采用双吻合器技术行低位直肠癌直肠前切除术治疗低位直肠癌 39例 ,并对其临床资料进行回顾分析。结果 :所有肿瘤均完整切除。术后吻合口漏 1例 ,术后 6个月复发 1例 ,无吻合口狭窄及伤口感染。 39例术后均有不同程度的排便习惯改变。结论 :对低位直肠癌行Dixon保肛手术 ,采用双吻合器是安全可靠、省时、实用的更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore security and practical application of EEA stapler in Dixo anus-protection operation on low rectal carcinoma.Methods: 39 cases of low rectal carcinoma undergoing this technique in the past 5 years were analyzed.Results: Of the complete resection for all the tumours,there was one case of anastomostic leakage after operation and one case of recurrence after 6 months of operation.No stricture or in fection of wound occurred.Their defecation habits were all changed differently after operation.Conclusion: It is secure,reliable and practical to use EEA stapler under Dixon anus-protection operation on low rectal carcinoma.更多还原
