兔预构血管化股骨血供重建的研究

【摘要】 目的 研究兔腹壁浅动静脉血管束植入股骨干中预构血管化骨的血运重建。方法 通过肉眼观察及血管墨汁灌注组织学检测方法观察血管植入后 ,股骨的血运重建。结果 术后 3周时、股骨骨质内血管周围可见较多迂曲扩张的小血管 ,5周时血管束周围及骨髓腔内可见大量毛细血管 ;5~ 6周时肌肉、骨膜及骨髓腔内充满丰富密集的毛细血管网。结论 兔腹壁浅动静脉束植入股骨干适于作血管化骨游离移植。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the reconstruction of blood supply of prefabricated vascularized femur in rabbit. Methods Using the histological method of the ink-infused vessels to observe the reconstruction of blood supply in femur after the implantation of blood vessel bundle.Results More varicosed and dilated small vessels around the grafted vessel bundle in the femur were found 3 weeks after transplantation. Large amount of capillaries around the grafted vessel bundle and in the marrow cavity was seen 5 weeks after transplantation, some of them originated from the grafted vessel bundle, and some originally presented within the marrow cavity. The muscles, bony membrane and marrow cavity were filled with dense capillaries network in the period of 5~6 weeks, the ink-stained capillary networks were distributed outside and inside the marrow cavity with the branching vessels at the different sizes forming mass or loop structures. Conclusion The transplantation of rabbit abdomen superficial vessel into femur is suitable for prefabricated vascularized bone graft.
