【摘要】 目的　研究CGRP IR神经纤维在小鼠皮肤的分布。方法　小鼠皮肤的整装铺片、石蜡切片及免疫组化ABC法。结果　在皮肤整装铺片上可见到真皮及皮大肌CGRP IR神经纤维网 ,皮大肌的CGRP IR神经纤维与肌纤维形成运动终板 ;在皮肤切片上 ,可见到皮大肌、真皮、表皮及毛囊周围均有CGRP IR神经纤维 ;小鼠皮肤动脉血管壁上分布着大量的CGRP IR神经纤维 ,这些CGRP IR神经纤维随着动脉分支而分布。结论　小鼠皮肤各层分布有丰富的CGRP IR神经纤维并形成神经纤维网。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the distribution of CGRP IR nerve fibers in mice skin. Methods Whole mount preparations and slices were stained by immunohistochemical ABC method. Results In the Whole mount preparations, we observed CGRP IR nerve fibers networks formed in the dermis and cutaneous muscle, and CGRP IR nerve fibers form motor end plate with cutaneous muscle fibers. In the slices, CGRP IR nerve fibers appear around subcutaneous muscle, dermis, epidermis and hair follicle. In the skin artery, a great number of CGRP IR nerve fibers were found to ramify with the ramification of arteries. Conclusion CGRP IR nerve fibers were distributed in the layers of mice skin.更多还原
