【摘要】 目的　观察白莪星注射液体内抑癌作用。方法　以荷S1 80、艾氏腹水癌实体瘤小鼠为模型 ,初步观察BEXI的抑癌作用。结果　实验结果发现 ,小鼠在接种瘤细胞后连续灌胃给药 1 0d ,BEXI能显著抑制小鼠移植性肿瘤的生长 ,平均抑瘤率均大于 4 0 %。同时BEXI对荷瘤造成的脾和胸腺指数下降有一定的恢复作用。结论　提示BEXI将是一种有开发价值的抗肿瘤药物更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the inhibitory effect of BEXI on loading tumor mice.Methods In this experiment of S 180 -bearing mice and ESC-bearing mice were established and the inhibitory rate of tumor was observed.Results The experiment showed that BEXI can evidently produce inhibitory effect on the growth of tumor and the average rate of inhibition was mor than 40%.Conclusion These results indicated that the antitumor effect of BEXI may be related to its potentiating effect on immunological responses of organism.Therefore BEXI can be consided a potent antitumor compoud.更多还原
