中脑导水管周围灰质内脑啡肽对催产素增强电针镇痛的影响
EFFECT OF MET-ENKEPHALIN ON THE ENHANCEMENT OF ELECTROACUPUNCTURE ANALGESIA INDUCED BY OXYTOCIN IN PERIAQUEDUCTAI GRAY OF RATS
【摘要】 目的 探讨中脑导水管周围灰质 (PAG)内催产素 (OT)与内源性脑啡肽在电针镇痛中的相互关系。方法 以钾离子透入法引起大鼠甩尾反应的电流强度 (mA)为痛反应的指标 ,观察向PAG内注入OT和抗脑啡肽血清 ,对大鼠电针镇痛效应的影响。结果 PAG内注入抗脑啡肽血清后 ,能明显降低电针镇痛的效应 ;但预先注入抗脑啡肽血清 ,并不能阻断OT增强电针镇痛的作用。结论 PAG内OT在电针镇痛中的作用不依赖于PAG内的内源性脑啡肽
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of oxytocin( OT ) on electroacupuncture analgesia in periaqueductal gray(PAG) and its rel ation to endogenous met-enkephalin. Methods The potassium iontophoresis induced tail-flick was us ed to measure the pain threshold. Results OT administration induced a enhancement of electroacup uncture analgesia.Furthermore,pre-injection of AMEKS in PAG not could weake n analgesia effect of OT. Conclusion These data suggest the enhancement of electroacupun cture analgesia by OT is not dependent upon the met-enkephalin in PAG.
