【Abstract】 Based on reviewing the related literatures on psychological contracts, this study further examines the conceptualization of psychological contract breaches and violations as well as their development mechanism. Several personal views include: (1) Not only psychological contracts can be breached and violated, but it can be strengthened as well. (2) The distinction between psychological contract breaches and psychological contract violations does not lie in the time sequence, but in the extent of fulfillment of perceived peertopeer obligations. 更多还原
