【Abstract】 The Expansion of NATO in the 1990s was certainly of worldwide importance. Russia has felt this impact most intensely and profoundly. After Vladimir Putin came into office, he adopted a more realistic stance in Russia’s accession to NATO, in an effort to ease the tension between the two sides. However, it is yet too early to say for sure that Russia will be admitted into this organization.更多还原
