微乳柴油的制备及其性能研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了微乳柴油的组成 ,确定了柴油、水、表面活性剂、助表面活性剂的质量配比 ;对制得的微乳柴油进行了粘度、稳定性、节油率、尾气分析和烟度测试。研究结果表明 :表面活性剂含量为 3%、助表面活性剂为 0 2 8%、含水量为 10 5 %时 ,制得微乳柴油的粘度符合燃油国家标准。该微乳柴油在5~ 6 0℃温度范围内 ,稳定性在半年以上 ;在各种工况条件下微乳柴油都具有节能作用 ;与 0 #柴油相比 ,微乳柴油尾气排放CO降低 8 3%、HC降低 9 5 %、NOx降低 2 8 5 % ,降污作用显著

【Abstract】 The composition of microemulsion diesel oil was discussed and the mass ratio of diesel oil,water,surface active agent and cosurfactant was determined in this paper.The prepared microemulsion diesel oil was used to make experiments of viscosity,stability,ratio of oil saving,tail-gas analysis and smoke intensity.The results showed that when the content of surface active agent was 3%,the cosurfactant content was 0.28% and the moisture content was 10.5%,the viscosity of microemulsion diesel oil met the national standard of fuel oil.The microemulsion diesel oil could be maintained for more than half a year when the temperature range was 5~60℃ and could save energy under all work conditions.Compared with the 0# diesel oil,when the combustion time was the same,the microemulsion diesel oil reduced CO by 8.3%,HC by 9.5% and NOx by 28.5%,which indicated the pollution reducing clearly.
