【Abstract】 An elector-hydraulic servo valve is recommended using permanent magnet DC servomotor as torque motor.The permanent magnet DC servomotor has many advantages such as less jam,low cost and easy to install and debug,etc.The simulation shows that it is an advisable choice to apply this kind of elector-hydraulic servo valve to DEH system of large and small size units.更多还原
