血管的三维重建
Reconstruction of vessel
【摘要】 提出了计算血管截面最大内切圆圆心的平行切线法,运用该算法编程求得各截面最大内切圆圆心,得到管道半径为30mm,基于这些数据用Mathematica软件包重构出血管的中轴线方程,再重现切面图像并将其与原始图像象素点做比较,考察二者的重合程度,平均误差仅为5 7028%,但算法的计算量偏大.
【Abstract】 A parallel-tangent method is presented for calculating the center of the biggest internally tangent circle onsectionof a flood vessel. By computer running of the software composed of the algorithmgiven herein, the radius of the vessel is 30 mm. Applying theMathematica package, the vessel’s axis equation is fitted, and the vessel reconstructed and its sections are then compared with the original vessel and sections. The mean error is about 5.702 8%. The accuracy of the method is satisfactory. However, the quantity of calculation is somewhat too large.
