体温过低对豚鼠耳蜗电图-脑干听觉诱发电位综合波的影响
Effects of hypothermia on ECochG-BAEP SW in guinea pigs
【摘要】 目的 :探讨体温过低对耳蜗电图 -脑干听觉诱发电位综合波 (ECochG -BAEPSW)的影响。方法 :体表物理降温法逐步降低豚鼠体温 (36~ 2 5℃ ) ,观察脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP)、耳蜗电图 (ECochG)和ECochG -BAEPSW的波形、波峰潜伏期 (PL)、波峰间潜伏期 (IPL)和波幅随体温降低的变化。结果 :从体温 36℃到 2 5℃ ,ECochG -BAEPSW波形始终兼具BAEP和ECochG两者的特点 ,有十分明显突出的 1波 ;与BAEP和ECochG一致 ,ECochG -BAEPSW的PL和IPL随体温降低而逐步延长 ;与BAEP的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ波和ECochG的N1、N2 波波幅相似 ,ECochG -BAEPSW的 1、2、3波波幅也在体温过低至 30~ 2 9℃时开始出现显著降低。结论 :体温过低时ECochG -BAEPSW有BAEP和ECochG相似的显著改变 ,且始终兼具两者波形特点。
【Abstract】 Aim: To study the effects of hypothermia on the electrocochleogram - brainstem auditory evoked potentials synthetic waves (ECochG-BAEP SW). Methods: The body temperature of guinea pigs decreased gradually with their body surface contacted with ice. The waveforms, peak latencies (PL), interpeak latencies (IPL) and wave amplitudes of the BAEP, ECochG and ECochG-BAEP SW had been observed as the body temperature decreased from 36℃ to 25℃. Results: The waveforms of the ECochG-BAEP SW had always had the characteristics of both the BAEP and ECochG, among which wave 1 was the most obvious, at body temperatures 36℃ to 25℃. The PL and IPL of the ECochG-BAEP SW, just like that of the BAEP and ECochG, prolonged more and more as the body temperature decreased step by step. The amplitudes of wave 1,2 and 3 of the ECochG-BAEP SW, similar to that of waveⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ of the BAEP and wave N1 and N2 of the ECochG, became significant smaller after the body temperature decreased to 30℃ or 29℃. Conclusion: The effects of hypothermia on the ECochG-BAEP SW were similar to that of the BAEP and ECochG, and its waveforms always had the characteristics of both them.
