【Abstract】 Two compounds were isolated from the coral of Porites compressa Dana and six ste rols from this coral were identified by meams of GC-MS. The structures of the tw o pure substances were determined as 1-Octadecyloxy- ethane01,2-diol(Ⅰ), Hexade canoic acid(2-hydroxy-1-hydroxymethyl-heptadeca-3,7- dienyl)-amide (Ⅱ), the str uctures of the six sterols were determined as Ergostan-3-ol, Stigmasta-22-en-3 -o l, Ergost-5-en-3-ol, Cholest-5-en-3-ol, Ergost-5,22-dien-3-ol, Stigmasta-5,22-di en-3-ol.更多还原
