温度和柠檬酸钠对卵磷脂-水有序体系中草酸钙晶体生长的影响
Effect of temperature and sodium citrate on the crystallization of calcium oxalate in ordered lecithin-water system
【摘要】 在卵磷脂-水体系中研究了温度和柠檬酸钠(Na3cit)对卵磷脂(PC)-水有序体系中草酸钙(CaOx)晶体物相和晶面的影响,采用X-射线衍射仪对产物进行表征.结果发现:①随着温度从0℃升高70℃,产物中一水草酸钙(COM)含量逐渐增加;②相同温度下,加入Na3cit后二水草酸钙(COD)的含量大大高于没有Na3cit的体系;③Na3cit对COD的诱导影响比温度的影响要大得多;④在有序体系中,COD的(411)晶面和COM的(020)晶面优先生长.
【Abstract】 Effect of temperature and sodium citrate (Na3cit) on the crystal morphology and crystal faces of calcium oxalate(CaOx)in lecithin-water ordered system was studied, and X-ray powder diffraction was used to characterize the products. The results indicate that the amount of calcium oxalate monohydrate (COM) was increasing as the temperature rising from 0 ℃ to 70 ℃, the amount of calcium oxalate dihydrate (COD) obtained in the system with Na3cit is much more than that without Na3cit at same temperature, Na3cit have greater effect on inducing COD than temperature and (411) face of COD and (020) face of COM grow preferentially in the ordered system.
