配偶权探析
An Analysis of Right of Consortium
【摘要】 联系配偶权的有关研究学说和立法实践,分析了配偶权的涵义及法律特征、配偶权的主要内容以及侵犯配偶权的民事责任和民事赔偿等问题。
【Abstract】 This paper applys the researching theories concerned and the legislative pratice on right of consortium to analyze its meaning,its legal characterisitics,and its main contents. And also it analyzes the questions on civil responsibility and civil compensation when the right of consortium is infringed.
