【摘要】 由于制度的不成熟与不规范性,使国有企业在激励和约束两个方面都存在着严重的缺陷,探索激励与约束机制的重构成为国有企业改革的深层次问题。同时,建立现代企业制度的核心是产权制度的改革,有了明晰产权,才能建立责权明确、权力制衡、管理科学的组织形式,才能建立起一套既有激励又有约束的机制。基于此,对国有企业实现产权化激励进行了深入的思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because of the immature and nonstandardized system, some serious defects about the encouragement and restraint exist in the stateowned enterprises. To explore the reconstruction of the system of encouragement and restraint becomes a profound problem in the reform of stateowned enterprises. Simultaneously, the core to establish modern enterprises is the reform of the property right system. The distinct property right is a prerequisite to the establishment of wellbalanced and scientifically managed organization.
