【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the main existing problems of enterprises run by colleges or universities, and puts forward some countermeasures such as reforming system, strengthening management, and making scientific renovation. Simultaneously, this paper illustrates three conditional problems existed in promoting enterprise system reform: specific laws and regulations, comprehensive consideration on the socialization of logistics and settingup reform fund.更多还原
