短碳纤维增强铝基复合材料的半固态加工
SemiSolid Forming of Aluminum Matrix Composite Materials Reinforced by Short Carbon Fibers
【摘要】 采用M4 0石墨纤维和LY12合金 ,挤压浸渗后半固态下直接充填成形 ,制备了短碳纤维增强铝基复合材料。研究了半固态加工对材料的组织与性能的影响及与固态塑性成形的区别。结果表明 :半固态下加工碳纤维的纤维长度明显高于固态加工。材料强度也有较大的提高
【Abstract】 M40 carbon fibers and LY12 alloys are used as raw materials in the paper. The influences of semisolid forming on the materials microstructures and properties, and the difference between semisolid forming and solid plasticity forming have been studied. The results show that the length of carbon fibers in semisolid forming is higher than that of solid forming obviously. Moreover the strength has increased a lot in semisolid state.
